CONTACT LENS SCHEME TERMS & CONDITIONS
The first 3 months supply will need to be paid upfront when joining the scheme. A monthly direct debit is required for the subsequent months. Initially, you will receive 3 months' worth of contact lenses upfront. Subsequent deliveries will be every 3 months.
Contact lens initial fitting fee will be discounted 50% upon sign up
Complimentary eye tests with OCT (if necessary) begins on sign up.
Complimentary contact lens aftercare appointments begins on sign up.
No cost home delivery of contact lenses
If contact lens check-up, contact fitting or eye examination appointments are cancelled late or failed to attend more than once then full fees apply
Replacement contact lenses only applies to two contact lens sets per year (one set is defined as one pair of monthly contact lenses or 5 pairs of daily contact lenses)
The minimum plan period is 1 year
Any NHS vouchers towards glasses (frames and lenses only) can be combined with a discount for under 16’s/NHS benefits.
10% discount on spectacles only applies to complete pair (frames + lenses)
If plan is cancelled at any time, not entitled to a refund or any monies entered into the scheme
Emergency appointments will be remote or face to face appointment, determined by Optometrist by triage – subject to availability of appointments.
